Vinyasa Class

Flow into Balance: Discover Your Vinyasa Yoga Journey Today!

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic class that links proper breathing with mindful movement. It develops strength, flexibility and stability of the physical body and of the mind as you flow continuously from one pose to the next synchronising the sequence of poses with the inhalation and the exhalation. Modifications are offered for the poses to match the openness and energy of the body.


Each class is divided into three parts: pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), and meditation.

This class is open to different levels.

Hatha Yoga

Find Serenity in Motion: Join Our Gentle Hatha Yoga Class Today!

A gentle-paced practice involving special emphasis on posture alignment and breathing techniques. Postures are held for a couple of breaths allowing the body to internalise the pose. Progression through the depth of the pose and intensity of the practice is gradually introduced to give space for the students to cultivate a personal embodied practice.
Each class is divided into three parts: pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses), and meditation.
This class is open to different levels.

Yin Yoga

Discover Deep Relaxation: Dive into our Yin Yoga Class Today!

A class consisting of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the connective tissues of the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. It can be quite challenging as poses are held for long duration, at least 90 seconds. Yin yoga helps stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.

This is suitable for almost all levels of students. Students are encouraged to use props (blocks, blankets, belts) to aid their practice.

The class ends with a short yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a guided meditation also known as yogic sleep.
