Hello, I'm Riva, and I love creating communities from my love of yoga and reformer pilates. With a dedicated practice spanning several years, I've found profound joy, inspiration and fulfilment in guiding others move their bodies.

As a yoga instructor, I draw upon a rich tapestry of Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga and Trauma-informed yoga styles infusing each session with mindful movement, breath awareness,  alignment, and meditation. My aim is to create a nurturing space where students can explore the transformative power of yoga, cultivating strength, flexibility, and inner peace during each practice.

I also teach STOTT Reformer Pilates. I believe in the holistic benefits of the Reformer, where precision, control, and fluidity come together to help the body move tension-free. With personalized instruction tailored to individual needs, I strive to empower my clients to strengthen their bodies, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being through this dynamic practice.
